Name says it all the ability to dismantle a plant to get segs back from it of course it wound not be at 100% efficiency and you could not get any from a planet that has not been extended however this would make it much more profitable to capture another players plant as you could use it to expand your own.

good idea , you could also ruin somebodys game by giving them no chance to take it back and by making yours harder 2 capture

ya it needs some balance like removing segs costing you something would not be fair if you could remove all segs put in to it for nothing

i say you can dismantle for 50% of segs put into it.. you get 10% of the colonists back into workers and it costs you just as much as it cost them to put the segs into the planet

It should cost more credit wise to remove then put in as it needs to be balance to stop the top 10 players from just taking all the newbies planets for chump change.

Make it cost turns to dismantle...say 50 turns Then everytime you dismantle, there is a chance to get a certain amount of segs eg. between 10% to 20% You can only do it...say...3 times a day and there is a maximum limit of 50% segs that can be dismantled.
In this way, newbie planet should be harm free from top players
