Yep it only applies for the accuracy in the weapons component.

Something doesn't match here

yeah if you look at the first posted formula it has a 10 divisor in the accvalue so I simplified it by dividing the values by 10 and changing the accvalue for the 2nd one because I noticed that all of the first accvalue is divisible by 10.
