Emi I have 2 fleets that are exactly the same and have the same number of ships except for the fact that 1 of them is 2bil more fleetpower, what info do you need from me to determine what is wrong ?

you may have bought a bigger ship than the first but given it the same upgrades. make sure u are using all the energy and space in both ships

yes i checked all that stuff before I posted but I assume it has something to do with the fact that even though neither fleet has comps there is a 4% acu diff between them and they have the same guns also

Id say the guns have the same name but arent the same.  Try replacing the guns on both.

I noticed something like that a while back on my old pship design.

Different weapon stacks of the same guns produced different accuracy values.

Couldn't replicate it, so thought it was a glitch on that particular design.

ACU doesn't effect fleetpower though Basill. So its got to be something other than the 4% diff you mentioned on Accuracy. Might be a glitch in the rounding of multi-weapon pods that you could use to your advantage though if you could replicate it.

Amagnon has reverse engineered the FleetPower equation and it appears to hold true for all my ship designs, and all it takes into account are HP, Atk and Hull Size.

So your diff FleetPower values are not coming from the ACU difference you have noticed.

(Attack+def+hp)/10 + space*1.5 = Fleet power.

Thanks for taking the time to work it out I always thought acu% was part of the equation but I won't be trying to duplicate it for advantage that would be breaking TOS and if ya gotta cheat to win there aint no point in my opinion.

If you cheat to win, you should be either banned or reset to give the other players a giggle  12

I've always leaned towards banning deliberate cheaters.

Well, if its a bug .. then you need to send info through to Emi so he can look into it.

Short of hacking, I don't see that it is possible to cheat in ship designs.

But banning is appropriate for cheats.
