What you fail to see is that most of the time people with odd behaviour are the n00bs/spammers/flamers...

Nicholas, this list is here to show who has broken TOS. That's it, we're not waying that anyone who says something inapropriate or does a little bit of spamming deserves this list, just those who do it after being told or asked to stop. We aren't insulting anyone, just letting everyone else know that these people have broken TOS, and we give the reasons that they have broken TOS 9for those who don't know, n00bish behavior is when they go " I could pwn you" then you respond then they go "shut up, I'm better then everyone here, and emi stole this game from me, and...."ect. you get my point. The people on this list DESERVE to be there. And if we were pttuing everyone on it nichoas, explain why we only have 11 commanders on the list? Oh wait, you can't, so just can it ok?

Ooooooooooooooooooooooookay . . . if it shows who broke the ToS then your forgetting LOTS of people, and if they broke the TOS then they should be banned. But tell me something, how can you ban someone who has invested money into this game? How can you ban someone who has payed for two gold accounts, and not to mention many donations just for credits . . . You can't because then you just pretty much stole that persons money . . . so it's pointless
