People are getting waaaay too much back for getting destroyed...

I killed about 24.6 billion credits worth of ships not counting any discounts and i know this person has a gold account which knocks down the cost for him automatically to 19.68 bil

that held about 15 billion marines.. the person I hit got back 12 bil credits and 11.7 bil marines.. so after the attack he lost a whopping 20% of his marines and 40% of the credits from his ships assuming he has no more ship discount other than gold and im sure he has a better discount in that?... so what in the hell is the advantage of me attacking? I almost lost more credits in kami's than he lost in main ships.. I would have been better off to not attack in the first place. I earned a whopping 1.12 bil credits from that attack only.. no items either.. There is no incentives for attacking now, at least before you had the incentive of really setting someone back.. now they get almost everything back that they lost.. Its crap the way it is now

yea give some more credits to the killer and less to the killed.

doesnt have to be much just a bit more.

Well i agree also im getting tired of hitting people and getting about 10mil when their getting about 600-700mil 10 give the killer more money and the killed ALOT less money.
See what i mean!?firemaster(#121127)'s 1 Lacutis are destroyed during battle.
firemaster(#121127)'s 1 Starfurry are destroyed during battle.
firemaster(#121127)'s 2.156.362 marines where killed in the battle.
firemaster(#121127)'s 7.904.238 marines escaped in pods to their secret base.

You boarded firemaster(#121127)'s fleet and mothership.
You destroyed firemaster(#121127)'s 2 ships and lost 0/2 ships.

Primary Objective: Destroy 10% of the enemy while losing less percent of the armada then the enemy.

Your attack was successful and you gained 6 segments, while destroying 12 segments.
firemaster(#121127) lost more power than you during battle.

(+10 Exp)

After the battle, your forces check the enemy wrecks for salvage...

I'm too lazy to make another topic so I'll post all of my suggestions here.

[Pvp Incentives]
-Attacking recieves 40% of enemy credit loss upon successful attack, defender recieves 20%, 40% lost. 30% of marines go to secret base.
-Depending on percentage of damage done to the enemy fleet, you may gain bonus items, even if not successful.

[Veteran Status]
-A small crest or some symbol appears beside player's name on rankings if they've made it into the Halls Of Glory.
-Their name is light blue if they were in the HoG once, light red for twice, gold for 3+ times.

[Other ideas]
-A small crest is displayed beside name of commander in ranking/war room if they have completed 1000 successful attacks that have damaged ships costing a total of 1 billion or more credits in one round. A different crest for 10000 successful attacks (all time playing) and another for 100000 attacks, all time playing.

I agree it seems the defeated do get the bigger reward, thats provided their ship goes bang instead of its marines all scarpering and getting it captured, then they get nothing. If your using Kami's then the attacker isn't likely to really gain anything.

Also emi, alt abuse is easy with current pvp salvage..not saying how.

I almost made a profit being attacked he just killed pships and a 1 space ship or two costing 480 million and gained 448 million for a 32 mill lost

It has been suggested also that they would receive 40%-80% of the destroyed fleets back. That also averages at 60%.

Also I think selling of ships cost back should be increased to 70% - 90% depending on skills instead of 50% - 90%, to balance with salvage.

I think the defender salvage back is ok, considering how much more PvP destruction they get, but it can be tweaked a bit to avoid abuse.

The items value is counted towards total salvage.
If you should receive 3 mil cr and get a 2.6 mil item, then the rest of 400k credits is found.
