First off, as a ruling of Sir emi, in game messages, or PMs as they are called, are not grounds for a ban. Secondly, I do not see any of your replies to these messages, which tells me that they are likely fake. Until you can give me evidence from the chat or forum showing him breaking ToS, I cannot act upon this and add him to the list.

This is what i said to Fluke but example 8 is a fake i never said that 1 unless finial changed the word.The whole thing started is when he scouted my base,so i decided to attk him.He mailed me a letter containing rude lanuage to so i sent 1 back to him as a peacefull letter and then everythin got out o hand after that.

What are you talking about I am Fluke, i already told you he is not allowed to use the forums(mostly becuase of people like you), so im taking up his case, he posted several messages on the allaince board, and messaged others to me that he didnt want the public to see. so i posted them all here. I now nominate Bob-the -moneky100 for the list, he has hacked aplphas acount and used all creditds turns for suicde stuff.....hes telling everyone his acount s= number(a vital peice for hackers)and hes told me,i will alert emi that his s=# has been revealed and should be changed.but Bob-The-Monkey100 needs to be shamed.....
