hk hit me and he had 1.4 tril total power and i have 12 bil total power. what happened to the you cant be attacked by someone that had over 50x your assests when he was over 100x my assests

i am not neccesarily asking for my ships back just i thought i couldnt be attacked by him due to him being over 50x higher than me. and i lost my counter randomly.

Bounty hits don't apply for the 50x thing, but you can only use a certain amount of fleet power on bounty attacks.
