Emi.. noticed in halls that the top 3 is listed as Sp4nky, Capt Relentless then clarkie in that order.

Though all 3 are positioned as 1st, shouldn't the order be reversed to take into consideration the order that they max'd?

Yes, rankings are ordered after DDAY, just ordered it.
