On SO Main, per the time-stamp below, my planet was "tested":

Raid attempt failed.
You lost 50.000 colonists and killed 1.000.000 marines in combat.

It was then followed up shortly thereafter (within the next three hours) with two raid attempts by clarkie21 (#107013).

It has been said to me that these are two accounts belonging to the same person.  If so, the TOS have clearly been broken.  I will leave it to Emi to look into this and decide.
