Not really. Unless you are able to afford 100 trill+ fp ships, where turn reward drops can be good.
All you can do is vote and wait for turns to build up. To get credits first you build yourself some mines with a good supply of diamond, gold and other resources, and set tthem to produce credits. Later (alot later) build yourself a planet to produce credits... be warned, it's expensive to get a planet sufficiently high emough to generate a good supply of credits.

Don't need a bank account/credit card. Can main Sir Emi the cash 12 or you can pay via your cellphone, but that implies you have a bank account/credit card.
