Whenever I manage to get some time to finish it up, between school, driving school, getting my driving hours in, and my real life which is suddenly a lot more active, I have barely had any time to get on SO and play, lol. But I'm shooting for mid next week, but the end of next week at the latest.
And Smee, I'd still be Seither/Monkey D. Luffy, becuase everyone knows me as either Seither if they are an older member, or Monkey D. Luffy for the newer ones, so I'm still both of them, but to prevent all the new people from going who's this seither guy, I'm switching back (That is, if Sir Emi ever gets back to me, lol.) But don't worry, I'll still be your brother from the name change thing (and weren't YOU getting your name changed back to Smee?) But you always have Duo Barton/Nicholas D. Wolfwood....lol.

umm... excuse me, but, how EXACTLY are you planning on rating the top 3 ships? if it is most stats, the biggest ship will win, maybe or maybe not if it is actually a good ship, just that it is biggest. if it is most cost effective, then it would be a swarmer, not supership. (swarmers still more cost effective then superships, that will NEVER change, unless going to sheilds) if it is most attack, defense, HP, then again, it will just simply wind up going to the biggest ship found, nothing more.

A) it's top 5, and B) There are three categories, swarmer, crusier (middleship), superships. Each has 5 ships in it. So it'll be the most cost effective and best designs out of those categories.

how about proven battle prowess, the only way I lost Bella Woods was from them being boareded when I didnt have Marines, and them being taken last round when WOW got reset

So when am I going to get my well deserved 2nd spot in the list? Everyone knows that I was offline during the final minutes of DDay . . . of which everyone knows with power ships like Lamma bought I would have taken my deserved 2nd place easily . . .
So 8th last round, a deserved but not gotten 2nd place (due to me not being on at the end of dday) and all of the things I have brought this game. The guide, Tiny man, donations from people wanting to hit me, etc. . . . I doubt anyone will forget me anytime soon, and 2nd place is STILL empty =-/ . . . . .

No, I'm trying to find some more info on WoW, as lightseeker informed me after I took WoW off the list that he had been a formidable opponent to a lot of people. I've been busy though, so haven't had a chance to update. I'll get it here soon, within a couple days, by wednesday for sure.

I mean, wow, I just designed a ship for 10000 quadillion space with 500000 quadillion attack and hp, and 40000 quadillion defense, 99% ABS and 80% sheild. WOOHOO! TOP SPOT! (see what I mean?)

by the way the Bella woods was designed with 99% shields. I can get 80% shields with the power and space for 1 of the Bella Woods 16 shield generators.

lol. anyway, my point is, in theory, a best ship out there category would be cool, but in all reality, it is more or less not going to be anything like what you are thinking.
MAYBE, you could do this as Biggest size fleet, but then you have people buying 165 credit ships to fake out their fleet size. about the only thing I am thinking may work is the largest ship ever USED, but even then, this will just end up going with the most powerful commander at 1 time, as only he will have been able to make it.

I have...."special criteria" I am using to judge it, which I am not revealing until I release the list, to prevent people from cheating. Once the ships are up (Thier name will be posted, you can post caliming which design(s) you made, but you will have to give proof! (I expect you all to be honest here. There is no reward for being #1 (and almost everyone is probably going to ignore me here.) so no point in claiming a design that isn't yours.)

One thing I know for sure: My ships won't make it on to your list. While I think mine are pretty good. That is because allmost no-one knows what ships I use. Only my alliance members know how good my designs are.  |

Here is an idea for you luffy. Why don't you set up this little game, a contest, Who is the best designer. Everyone can take part in it. All you need to do is make a 50.000.000 credit ship. After that, the elected council members will decide which off the 50.000.000 credit ships is the best and thus will also decide who is the best designer. That would be fun.  |
