I dont normally post ideas but this one i hope to be used as we all like planets and hate the 24h timer is has, also i dont like this 3 min past the hour for the hourly tick, but thats for another topic...

Planetary Withdrawing

Reduces the time to be able to take credits out of a planet lowered by 20 minutes per level, tech cost should be high with a max of 12 hours reduction so that its not too much, this is my idea for level 1.

CP: 750
Turns: 1000
Credits: 50,000.000.000

And increases at Emi own rules on high tech costs.

My idea is to let players take credits out more often, but also adding a mineral withdrawing rule also, as there is not one, so one for credits and another for minerals.

Also increasing the turns for Conquering attacks seeing as player dont really use the raid minerals or credits, or more change the way they are done, I.E you get more from successfully raiding a planet, maybe lower the rebaliation
Attack limit as raiding a planet over 50% is a bit high if you ask me! maybe 30%, as 2 - 3 attack just puts it into rebaliation, witch is stupid as the first 2 will fail, and by the 3rd, 1 attack planet enters rebaliation.....

Anyone have any ideas?

I have trouble believing anyone would use that tech with such a high cost; however, if you lower the cost a lot (or maybe just have it cost that much CP and credits, but no turns), I think it's a good idea  19

No turns, erm. no lol why do you want everything to be given away almost free. some times you have to start high and wark your way down.

I have to agree with Wesley on this. If you want to get the 12 hour reduction, you will need level 36. I can only imagine that the cost will be very high at this rate. I would rather spend all of the turns and command points into upgrading my planet.

Really man? I TRY to be civil, and nice to you. Completely opposite of what you do on my threads... and you cannot even let me do that?
Wow man. I give up.

Agreed, Tony. The reason I said no turns - which I THOUGHT any person with at least average intelligence would understand - was for the exact reason you stated, Tony. I don't think it should be free, but it should at least be reasonable... hell emptying once every 24 hours has never even been a HUGE issue. Most of the time people fly around the galaxy and it takes a day to get an incursion close enough to get back to their planet anyway.

It would take 499,500 CP and 666,000 Turns to get to level 36. That is a bit much for the same price you could have a level 100 Gia with +3000% Military Bonus.

MJ mentioned that it was 3 minutes past the hour for the tick. Well that is not exactly true I would guess the server starts calculating the tick on the hour. However due to the sever not have unlimited CPU power it can take a few minutes to process everything.
