well i think this will probably be fixed before long, but you know, just in case..

the dday warning period has started on SO main, but no one is maxed and there are only 5 people in dday..
was there a small update we didnt hear about, or is it just some sort of glitch? either way it should be fixed.  21
thanks.

I think a possible theory as to why this has happened is because one of the top two players or even both have purchased a max ship and have reserved it. The game has taken the purchase of a max ship as being maxed, so Doomsday has appeared. it is possible that the player sold the maxed ship as soon as they saw that Doomsday was activated

This of course is just a theory, I don't know for sure. However, buying a reserved max ship was something that players in the past have done

If that is the case, then he has a maxed ship.

This is the message I get when I try and attack him:

This player has been restricted by The Council from attacking or be attacked!

Unfortunately, in order to preserve the fairness of the game he can not be attacked, attack or help others.

The game detects when a player can max, if he has the credits to buy a maxed ship, then the game will tag him as maxed and DDAY will start...

So that's what happened, someone has the credits to buy a maxed ship and max...

Not sure I like this part, someone could be away from the game, get a royalty, hits the 'enough credits'  and time he gets back, rounds over.
SO this also takes away the use,  ability and skill to design a max ship?
It also means no one has really any control of d day anymore, as a result its going to be middle of the night for Europeans and mid week to make it worse.

Means there should be a spare top 10 spot available... mine 10

Saturn it was decided so that a maxed player doesn't have to wait 3 weeks for DDay to finally start.

The control you have is, that you can always start it before someone maxes
