Number A. One question mark is sufficient.

Number B. Come on y'alls, how could you'll forget 'bout the code tag?

Anyways, if you have a picture, for instance, at http://www.overthere.egg/dontstealbandwidth.gif. You would type:

Code:
[img]http://www.overthere.egg/dontstealbandwidth.gif[/img]

And you'd have the picture in your sig.

Well, Chronos, not ALL of us are internet smart like you. I don't know the code tag or I'd use it.

It's right there! It's [code ] [/code ], and no, you can't put a code tag inside a code tag.
