This afternoon one of the greatest events in soccer and all of sports will begin. The UEFA Champions League Final. Manchester United V.S. FC Barcelona. I think the game will be a great one but there key injuries and suspenisons for both teams. For spaceo players that are man U fans Rio Ferdinand says he will play but in training Sir Alex Ferguson (Man U Manager) he didn't look 100%. Also, the suspension of Darren Fletcher wil likely cause an impact. Barcelona has Right back Dani Alves suspended, Left back Eric Abidal suspended, and Center Back Rafael Marquez out to injury. Also, midfielder Andres Iniestia, who scored the goal against Chelsea in stoppage time to get Barca to the final, has as thigh problem. He intinally said he will play but is a game-time decision. Thierry Henry is looking good, according to Barca staff. He participated in training the last 2 days. But, with all those problems Barca still have Lionel Messi, the tournament's leading goal scorer with 8, Samuel Eto, and Midfield Maestro Xavi. But Man U is just as daunting with Defending player of the year Christiano Ronaldo, Wayne Rooney, Carlos Tevez (Perphaps his final game in a Man u if he plays), Dimitar Berbatov, and as always Ryan Giggs.
I think that the score will be Manchester United 2-1 Barcelona
