I've already told this guy, having alts in the same alliance is already close to breaking the TOS.

I'm going to ban / zero every mikael roy account I see, until he stops using similar names, that's also breaking the TOS.

It's allowed as long as they don't help each other or interact with each other at all...which is hard if they're in the same alliance, so it's very close to breaking ToS.
