Paintball is a great way
If you are angry
Then take a cardboard box and beat the poop out of it
Nothing valuable is broken
Feels way better

I generally find something that requires a lot of attention to do and by the time I'm done with it I am more relaxed cause I am not concentrating on what is stressing me out.

take a nice bubbly bath with candles and what not.. i'll stop by and play the violin while you bath.. make sure its filled with bubbles.. i dont want to see anything.. also i have to go learn to play the violin now

oooh, cammy isn't even gonna deny that. guitar is a good instrument, can play anything on one of em. (check ebay) |

something you enjoy doing that requires a lot of attention is always a good way to relieve yourself of stress. I usually play a video game and make sure i set the difficulty up high enough that I'm stuggling to stay alive/win. Or I watch a comedy movie (not romantic comedy if your stress is over a loss) to make me laugh.
you mainly just need to keep yourself super busy so you don't have time to think about anything else.
Maybe try playing twister with a rabid wolverine?
