							Alliance Base
  Built deep in the Heart of an asteroid field, a dry dock, a refuge a place to call home. A structure you've all helped fund all helped build all made a place of Sanctuary and more importantly to some a buisness enterprise. Your Alliance Base,
  Everyone in your alliance can contribute and your alliance leader decides how much of the space inside you get. Your ships can be repaired here (heal permanent damage) and you can refuel your ships (get turns 3x as fast) you can leave your ships like in reserve but it costs less (but still some say 1% instead of 10. You can raid them, but only with at least as many members docked and only within the total fleet power  limit (the defenders fleet power +10% of their fleet power) Also you can build orbital construction yards.  People can pay to have their ships fully repaired, you could rent space out to other alliances.

							Having an alliance base is a great idea, and we've heard similar ones before. I especially like the  description. However, the bonuses seem a little excessive, especially the 3x turns. Maybe a small bonus to turns, or maybe to growth and interest instead...a good idea nonetheless. Ditto what Spayed said.

							this has been suggested more times than there are players still playing the game...no joke. alliances contimually lose their purpose. and ya, the bonuses are excessive, but congrats on resuggesting what could be a great and game fixing addition to the game. let's get the flood gates open....again.

							personally I think th ethought of some damage sticking around would be an interesting addition... especially if it was backed by upping rewards...  it would certainly give a new use to defense instead of just throwing everything into hp
