Hangars

Swarmers, lots of em, blasting around through space. Thing is they can't carry much fuel because there small.
Perhaps you should have to build Hangars with your segments, or add another bit onto special, ie. ship space carry:
Without Hangars your ships would slowly die, as they run out of Fuel. This would only apply ro ships say under 4400
space.
