So what actually happen when you max...I mean do you kinda stop playing? Do you still do missions? Can you attack other players?
I know that in dday, those who max can't attack others...but how about before dday?

geno, people who max out are still allowed 2 do missions, but they cant attack anybody or interfere in any way
