For the most part i would agree with you Cam but on the other hand this is supposed to be a family friendly game. Most parents wouldnt want their 10 yr old looking at stuff like that and since i have 3 children of my own i have to agree with Snooch.

it doesn't matter. this is a FAMILY friendly game, thus things are to be G to PG rated. that picture fits none of those (and the shows you guys refer to on TV are 13+, and i know my younger cousin cannot watch those shows, so to some people, it matters).
also, snooch, do not split apart a word in order to get around the language filter, it's a violation of ToS, you could be banned for it. trust me, you don't want that, bans suck, and mods hate giving them, but mods are given strict what is acceptable guidelines, and emi himself is now monitoring the forum, and he doesn't like cussing either. So just keep the language clean if possible.
