A Chat Room

Has it ever been suggested that the bottom of the page has a chat room for public chat as well as the private chat we have now? Forgive if it has.....did a search and it didn't come up

i think at one time there was a chat room, but it was never used and removed... or maybe its still hidden?... then and again it was really really long agao.

I think I know the one that you're thinking of, I believe that not enough people used it, and those who did abused it.. lol
