Correction - This guy wasn't banned but gained quite a lot of places when his alliance mate was cheating  laugh

Welcome to S.O......work like a dog for months....and get beat by someone who raids like hell, and pshippy ups at the last second.
The way to win is to stash all the vote money, raid d-days with a decoy, and p-ship up.  Play for 2 minutes a day!!  I went form 50th to 14th doing a few worker raids with a 1 space ship!!!!   Thats really effing nice isnt it?? 
Im afraid the algorithms are just not sophisticated enough to prevent such elementary skirting of the intended rules.
