i was going to attack someone a few ranks lower than me who had no ships and no neb.. i looked for a truce and did not see the symbol there so i preceeded to start my attack but then i see the screen asking me if i want to pay to break the truce. so i look back at the rankings page and still i dont see the truce symbol.. thats not coll.. i had my hopes up.

Probably the truce got signed while you already browsed the ranking for that commander, it refreshes if you logout and sign back in, it's just server chace thing...

oh and it wasnt just that on.. it didnt show any of the truces at all
