the last i checked i had finished buying my ships which had like 6 seconds left, i had the highest non maxed spot, then cam, and didn't see what else there was, i think skitzz was behind cam

No, as "uasual" it was in fact you who missed my point; that on average no one really cares that you had a few members with negative fleet power because there is negative power on every DDAY. And I especially don't mind because I didn't have any negative members.

Blak when some members still have a negative rep when DDay ends it means the alliance will have a negative rep which results an alliance may not be top 10 when it should have been.
