Items ...

I just noticed I have over 100K items on the Wars Server ...

As it stands I'll never use them ...

However, with a change to the item interface they would be easier to manage and use. Somewhat different to Amagnon's current suggestion, which is better, but I imagine harder to implement.

Anyway ... This could be used with items as is, or include the item changes Amagnon suggested.

Have a ON/OFF toggle box for all items, items will need to be sorted from Best to Worst, and a Heads up Display on the Galaxy Travel screen telling you what items you currently have active, and by Clicking the item on the HUD you deactive their use until you are ready to use them again.

Handy for Mining and Warp Travel .. Easy to activate key items for Encounters .. And easy to have your items for defence when not online and d**n easy to turn them off again when you want to play and not waste em.
