Those are unimplemented upgrades. Dont worry about them theyre worthless.

Either they are umimplemented, or they were implemented at one point and got cut out. no one knows that answer but Sir Emi. They may be an upgrade for a lter date, who knows, they've been there forever and don't affect ship performance.

If you would read the battle statistics you'll see that those are minimizes to youre attack. Depending on the way you attack Regular no penatly, board 0,2, scout 0,8 I thougehd or sumthing.
And the other is the several targets penalty for each next shot you have less attack.

ASP - accuracy siege pennalty (-0.1 reg, -0.3 board -0.3 raid, -0.8 ambushed)
ACP - accuracy mutiple shots penalty (between -0.6 and -1 depending on the shot, at first shot is 0 )
Srry I readed ASP as SP
And ACP as AP

AP is usualy an acronym for Armor Piercing, and I'm guessing SP is for Shield Piercing.

SP stands for shield piercing and AP for armour piercing.These features are not available yet.
