What are those, they cannot be edited, and they show up on every weapon design, and fleet, and they always have 0 value. confused

That is correct. Emi threw them in there with the intention of creating some type of ship equipment which would add these "bonuses" but he never got around to it (or hasn't yet).

I believe they were intended to be Shield Piercing and Armour Piercing

Ya, it's been like that sence as long as I can remember, so don't expect it any time soon.

Although, he obviously intends to get back to it, or else it'd be gone... I think.
