except for the design part, that one I can see, because not everyone knows really how to make really good shipsbut for all the rest, I agree completely. the whole POINT of having BH's so scarse in the galaxy is so that players can't end up using possibly infinite number of turns, going from BH to BH. so using scouts to find all of them and saving many turns, is actually counter to the whole point.
Black Holes is to help the turn cost of the galaxy, and a small bonus. NOT give you half the game effortlessly. I suggest either making encounters to high to do, invisible, or reduce them. if not take them out completely, witht he different things coming in now.
and before any of the higher up people say how wrong this is... I bet we all will know how they got so high if we took a look at how many turns they have done, even though they probably haven't even got half those turns from playing normally.
