no chicpea i left myself out of the list purposefully because of the fact i DONT have the means to do it... the buy offer was for 313mil high tec hscanners however my segment cound is less tehn 3mil, wich means even if i had all my segments on warehouse i couldnt have enough scanners to do those buy offers... thats where i got that list from, evry1 with 3.5mil segs or more.
