lol i bet most allainces (even though im hated) would let me into there allaiance if a sent the request, most people are greedy like that, they want power for there allaicne, and i have it

well most people know space pirates is either at war with ya or not there arnt many neutral alliances just ones i dont feel like attacking cause id lose too much myself (marines or maybe a ship) without profit so i dont bother and the truces we have are truces i have through personal reasons
