Quadrant view easier to navigate, on hovering over stars and anomalies the area is circled / highlighted.

Added star names and labels in Quadrant view on right of scanning computer, can be clicked to navigate.


No change to the way jumps are made, just easier to navigate and see where you are in the Galaxy.
