I know I've been posting a lot, and sorry!

This might be a weak one, but HK has been using Mythknight (#145743) and catlady (#103118) to spawn for him at incursions, as well as scout for encounters, and I'm pretty sure both acts are illegal..

both acts are illegal, correct. however, lots of people do it. not as blatantly as hk, but still yet...
hk needs all the help he can get anyway cause he sucks, so watcha gunna do... : /

I agree, TONS of people use alts, especially for scouting purposes (I know a few alts have been scouting the galaxy for planets this round...)
