My view...
If Highland was using both accounts, why would he scout twice before the attack?
To me It does look like it was 2 different people.
As for Catlady... I have spoken to her in the last 48 hours, so I know she is actively playing.
Here's a hyperthetical question.... 2 people sitting in the same room, one says to the other 'I see player X has his/her mains out unprotected'
Player Y 'thanks, I'll have some of that'
Is that abuse?
That isn't anything new. Over the years there's been several family/friend/flatmate combinations that that could be acused of the same thing.
I'm not making any judgement here, thats for Emi to do, I'm just trying to put an impartial view across

I have stated it before, and will again.
In this game it is no use reporting stuff like this as NOTHING will ever be done about it.
HK did the same thing to me before and took my planet. emi did nothing but give him a warning and gave me back my planet which I had to rebuild as it was reduced to next to nothing at all. So no matter what I was hurting still, while HK once again got away with alt abuse, and using others accounts.
The only time that the rules are enfoced is when it is against someone who does not pay to play, or has golden knee pads.
