Simply make a new account, and it will be in the completely inactive training alliance where even the noobs don't talk.

Exactly. The training alliance as set up is a joke. Things were better when it was player dictated, and personally, I think that the top players (With linguistic skills, ahem, no hk alts 13) should just start a new training alliance, where you only let in people who WANT to learn. NLA did relatively well.
