 *recruitment (recruite new people to your alliance here)
 *war (declare war on other alliances here)
 *talk (talk about alliance related stuff here

That's basically what Sir Emi is doing now, he's adding in alliance wars, we already ahve the message borad, and to recruit the leader goes to his mailbox and accepts anyone who requests to join, and other members can see who wants to join by going to alliance members/voting.

I don't know, that's stuff that could go in Genreal Disscusion, but I guess having a seperate area for it would do.
