i need to ask a quetion. i cant figure out how to let people join my alliance

you ask them to join, they go to "allaince" then click "join allaince" then they find your alliance on the list... they send a request and you should get a messege asking for a request... then you go to the "alliance" botten and click on "members list" and then add the member
