- Increased the maximum skills you can have for "Planetary Combat" ability to 999% max
- Increased "Genius Leader" from max 255% to max 500%
- Increased "Genius Mind" from max 255% to max 500%
- Advanced BioFarms, Advanced Locator, Time Dilation, Special Board Fleets, Expert Salvager increased from max 255% to 300%
