i think it would be good to get 50% back in turns, what it cost you to take out the planet because it can cost so so much.

I disagree, taking a planet is on your own terms. weather it be a normal planet or a bonus one like Pandora. 

At the end of the day they put time and credits/turns into there tech to prevent it from being taken, and you may have used turns/credits taking it, but at your own risk.

But i could say this for a idea in this matter..

Not getting turns back, but many Emi can add a tech that lowers the turns needed to attack planets like the warp tech, so say max of 75% off planetary turn usage. as giving players 50% turns back defeats the objective of needing to use turns in the first place.
