i dont have any ships that are active which means i have no ship protecting me and this guy attack a player (me) who has no ship to many times.....

Its normal at lower levels. In some post here is written something like that: "Attack everyone with 0 ships to get as many segments as you can". You should get it back easy... Dont forget to vote to get nice startup money  And one more thing. If you loose 20% of your total power you will be safe for 24h. |

Yeah. Try voting to get some ships to protect you, otherwise be prepared to lose a lot of segments. You're lucky you didn't have a lot of credits taken out of your stash or something.

yeah...i do vote every other day..not daily..
i never attacked other players who has 0 active ships i think that if i do that it might ruin other players' fun.

exactly. 0 ships out is like opening your door and telling every thief near by to come on in. Majorily bad idea.

there is only one time when 0 ships out is good and that is if you are protecting your boarding fleet by puting them in reserve. For instance, my bording fleet cost 20 mill and has a total of 2000 ships (1000 for each fleet, the same fleet from the guide) when i am done attacking people i put away my boarding fleets so i don't have to pay 10 mill each time i want to board someone
