if you kami someone it doesn't count for a successful attack for you even though you kill a ton more creds worth of ships than you lose ( which counts as a successful attack in my book ) and the defender gets a ton back from that

Try using more expensive kami, that should bring a ton of salvage. Those that are almost swarmers, with some defense / HP too.

problem with this is kamis need low power or else they are not effective and you will  out-power your enemy.

I use them on attacks a lot too :p

I've got some beastly kami's - so low power yet so high in attack that I've been able to kami a guys lead when he has 2 mission ships and 2 fleets of powerships above them.

I literally spent months with an allaince (active one lol) on sea-o testing kami and their styles... this ship is by far the best I've found so far...

it gives about half the power of my older kamis and about 50% more attack...  you can't quite get a single fleet, But I've taken out lead ships under powerships when they have 2 or more ships - well, with commander bonuses and a decent item...  and I think thats pretty darn good for a kami :p

look at this...  those ships he attacked were kamis - pretty expensive, 40 million ships, lets go easy, 2k each (I guessed real low) = killing 80 billion, yet look Zan, he got 2.4k credits from them?  lol?

You hit the 10% cap for the defender. You had to have to more ships in the battle, or it won't work. That's to prevent feeding, farming, transfers.
