- Project Incursion

- Council starbases in different stars:

   - They will contain star specific missions, like transporting goods from one starbase to the oder, for credits / goods. You will need cargospace for that, and you may be ambushed during the jump into the target sector...
   - Missions to eliminate reavers on a specific location, in exchange for minerals

   etc... added later
