i would like to suggest that all my posts stop getting deleted from the forums..

seither just leave them alone, there is no reason to delete them...

Also, he doesn't need to report the posts.

Don't make ridiculous, insulting posts, and they won't get deleted.
Don't even try to preach some crap about fascism, you know full well you shouldn't be making these posts.

This is obviously not a real suggestion, and if it is, you haven't taken the correct steps in resolving whatever you think the problem is.
