germzlocc/Legend double attack

I was attacked by Legend (his alt) at 12:53:37 which did no damage then he attack with his main (germzlocc) at 12:57:44. From what I know it's against the ToS and this isn't his first time doing it: http://forum.spaceo.net/index.php/topic,4231.0.html

I believe more consequences should be acted on him since he obviously didn't learn the first time.

Hmm  yeah germzlocc and Legend are the same people. He shouldn't have done that but chances are he didn't know that was aganist tos so we might want to look into it

Exactly, he should have learned his lesson the first time. He knows d**n well it's against the ToS unless he's more retarded than I thought.
