I was thinking of adding a trade feature (similar to a lot of other mmorpg's) that allows you to go up to the person you want to trade with and trade privately. The trade could also be done in groups or even a whole alliance as long as they are in the same system. I thought of this because people rarely trade rare items anymore in fear of someone else buying them.


Who knows? this could even increase pvp in some ways.... maybe the private market becomes a kind of betting area, two people place an equivalent amount of rare items (measured in price) and whoever loses the most fp in the end loses all his items.

Refine the idea a little me thinks.
and it still doesn't really work out...

I was thinking perhaps by limiting player transactions to once every... 24h you'd prevent mass abuse... but it just doesn't work any how...

the idea is great... but in SO it's prone to an Awful lot of abuse.

There's no way any of this would make the game more fair for anyone, and no way to keep any of these idea's from being exploited. It adds almost no strategy...

i guess it wouldnt... but maybe we could make it available only to players who just started?


say smaller players could only trade with other players with about the same amount of segs and fp... that could cut down on alt abuse, but like q-tip said... it wouldnt add much strategy to the game
