the name is self explanatory, players can be nominated for a specific category, or simply because they have been a good player for a long time.
please be considerate and realistic

Black Knight: Commander without an alliance in the top 30.
Immortal: player with a number below 100 who is still active and high ranking.
Hell-Raiser: top 60 player who makes regular attacks, being countered successfully brings down their standing in this category
Student: top 30 player who learned and has grown the fastest
Multiple commanders may be nominated for the following
Tactician: demonstrates knowledge and skill in defensive and aggressive tactics
Economist: demonstrates knowledge and skill in the economics field, no less than 5 mil segs including planet
Leader: strong leader of an alliance/faction, must be a top 10 alliance with at least 5 members.
Engineer: commander(s) who demonstrate the ability to design ships of all classes better than the competition.
Honorable Mention: player who adapts to the changes/updates of the server, demonstrates knowledge of the game beyond that of the average commander, was/is in the top 30
