timed out rounds

i propose rather than having dday as it is, we switch to timed rounds - meaning every 13 weeks dday and a new round starts automatically no matter who has or hasn't maxxed out. ive seen other games do this and it would help i think.

i like the player controlled rounds. then we can choose what day to have it. there would also be no dooms day researchers to be attacked if it was a timed out round.

youd still have 24 hours of attacking anybody.

Yea but most of us finance our operations on dday, from the 24 hour countdown to it with the raiding of bases
I personally dont wont to see this added
