Interactive Missions also known as "Storyline missions / Interactive Encounters"

Only added about 8 interactive missions, mostly based on the normal encounters but more interesting. Relatively balanced missions, reviewing player made missions now and balancing in order to add to the game.
Other info:
- The number of steps and the difficulty (chance of fail) in reaching the next step has an effect on the end reward.
- Some missions are more rare then others, depending on reward, mission profitability, etc.Other notes:
When someone finds a hidden encounter via probing, the encounter is assigned to that player. A 24 hours timer starts, and the player has 24 hours to finish the mission. After 24 hours if not completed, it will disappear and another one will be created somewhere else.
If someone else finds this encounter that has been assigned to another and not yet completed, nothing will show on the scanner.
So there is a chance that when jumping to the hidden encounter you won't find anything.
Hidden encounters are more important to higher power commanders, because they have less system encounters. As you progress and find less and less system encounters, you will have to move on to exploration to find hidden encounters to increase your power further. There is a higher competition of those hidden encounters, so they are generally harder to find then Alien hidden encounters.
P.S.: Also added planets to SO PVE, remember the planets can still be raided / conquered, only your mothership is protected from pvp.
