Warning before attacking Allied Stations/Planets

It would be nice if there was a warning about weather or not your allied with whoever owns a station/planet your attacking. I know many people just put alliance tags in there names but anyone can do that and try to make theres look like another alliance's station/planet.

Aka if I try to attack someone I am allied with it give me this message: Your alliance has a truce with this commander's alliance.
The fee for breaking this truce is 81.293.690.703 credits. Do you wish to proceed?

If this idea was added there would be a message like the above one if you tried to attack a station/planet owned by a ally.
