Experience of fleets

The exp of a fleet increases the attack. Would it lower the exp, when I change the weapon of the fleet?

fleet experience will not change if components are switched out, although... depending on the component removed, it may change where the bonus is applied to

the only time fleet experience will lower, if not killed or sold, is if you add more ships to the fleet
